Great food, very tasty, quality is the outstanding characteristic and takes priority over speed. The village house is just a restaurant and not a snack! Sympathetic hosts, attentive hospitality, value for money absolutely okay. Occasionally you have to bring some time with you, because the kitchen is small and everything is freshly prepared after ordering. Even after almost seven years of weekly visits, we are still enthusiastic and hope Hami and Christine will make it through the second lock down.

Delicious food, super nice service, depending on the time of the visit, order in advance if necessary. And especially on Tuesdays, have Jo ..... mix a delicious Aperol spritz.

It is best to reserve a table, because the village house is popular for its good food. There is enough choice from the classic currywurst to the vegetarian. Even gluten free was not a problem. The staff is very nice. We have been here many times and keep coming back.
